We believe food is more than sustenance. Good food should be enjoyed with friends, made with fresh local ingredients, prepared from scratch by an experienced culinary team, and served by friendly and courteous dining staff who know your personal tastes.

Breakfast Sample Menu

Fresh fruit, muffins, toast, cereal, eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea.

Lunch Sample Menu

Appetizer: Summer pea soup with fresh mint.

Main: BBQ beef brisket caramelized onions, rosemary aioli on an onion bun, or baked brie in phyllo, Fraser Valley raspberries, roasted garlic, balsamic reduction and baby green salad.

Dessert: Homemade coconut macaroon with chocolate shavings.

Dinner Sample Menu

Appetizer: Beef barley soup, or Waldorf salad, with celery root, apples, and grapes.

Main: Johnston’s pork tenderloin with pecan & herb crust, mashed potatoes, asparagus & carrots, or BC halibut pan roasted with sun-dried cranberry beurre blanc, mashed potatoes, asparagus & carrots.

Dessert: Baked rhubarb custard, or choice of ice cream and fresh fruit salad.
