F.A.Q.
Have you had any cases of COVID19?
We are fortunate to say that we have had no confirmed cases of COVID19.
What happens if someone were to contract Covid19?
We have a policy and procedure in place prepared to ensure the safety of our residents. We would immediately isolate the resident as well as anyone else who has been in close contact with them. In most cases, residents and contacts would ultimately be isolated for 14 days. We would immediately get in touch with the local health authority to determine the next steps.
How can I receive updates regarding my loved one?
We are able to email friends and family with our monthly updates. Please let us know if you would like to be added to our list.
Can friends or family visit?
We understand the importance of social connections with our residents. Although we are not allowing visitors into the building, loved ones can visit outside from 6 feet apart as long as they also wear a mask. We are working on setting up a designated place for 2 re-occurring family members to visit residents in an outside area.
